As adults & parents to young members of society, it is our responsibility to educate our youth.
We've teamed up with one of our favorite eco-brands, Kids Konserve to introduce, infuse and inspire individuals & families with modern reusable products in honor of Earth Day 2011.
In our home we show discipline & dedication to living sustainably through our actions. Our philosophy is that through responsible consumerism, proper waste disposal, knowledge & respect, we can achieve great balance. Earth Day is a day that is intended to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth's natural environment. With more than 1 million plastic bags ending up in the trash every minute, taking reusable bags to the store is one of the easiest and most effective ways to reduce your carbon footprint.
In January, Kids Konserve introduced the 2011 Eco-Resolution list. They adopted the 5th "R"- REMEMBER; reinforcing the mantra of reducing, reusing, recycling and reconstituting.
Throughout the year Kids Konserve will be giving helpful tips and suggestions to make it easy to implement the R's into your daily life. Join us in making a difference to our planet for the generations to follow.
